June 6 2024 the MD-IMT held a Team meeting at the Howard County Public Safety Training Academy . During the meeting the Team had presentations from Ashely Morris on the Linden Heights LODD After Action Report; Barry Reid on the Simplified Planning Process using the ICS201 Extended, and Program Manager John Hart on budget and the Strategic Plan. After a working linch the Team then moved outside to practice on the Western Shelters and train on the new UTV.
